Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Award Trader indicator source code for personal trading use only.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the source code with any third party
• Use the indicator to create a competing commercial product
• Modify the code for purposes of resale

3. Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The Award Trader indicator is a technical analysis tool and does not constitute financial advice. We accept no liability for any trading losses incurred.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods (source code access), all sales are final and non-refundable.
